Quem Somos Nós 

A Cidadela Nikotheos é um corpo administrativo da Ordo Astrum Sophiae e tem como objetivo promover as condições necessárias para a realização dos Mistérios Menores da Tradição Ogodoadica. Tais Mistérios são compreendidos como a restauração do equilíbrio interior e restituição da plena potencialidade humana.

Para este fim, trabalhamos o currículo do Átrio Exterior da Ordo Astrum Sophiae, a fim de preparar o candidato para as praticas de Teurgia e Alquimia Interior, Exercícios Espirituais transmitidos pela Tradição Ogdoádica.

História

A tradição Odoadica não devem ser compreendida como uma linhagem no sentido de linhagem material mas como a transmissão de um conjunto de símbolos que remetem a uma gnose centrada no Mistério da Regeneração.

Historicamente podemos observar a Tradição Ogdoadica como a convergência de influências Herméticas e Gnósticas da antiguidade e de movimentos renascentistas como os “Fedeli d'Amore” e a Academia de Florença de Marsílio Ficino.

Na modernidade as influências da tradição passam pela Ordem do Helmet e toma sua forma final no movimento antiquário dos séculos 18 e 19, especialmente através da Societas Rotae Fulgentis.

A SRF em 1860 foi transferida do oeste da Inglaterra para Londres e do seu núcleo nasceu, em 1897, a Ordo Aurum Solis por George Staton e Charles Kingsgold.

Em 2002 foi criada a Ordo Astrum Sophiae, seguindo os ensinamentos da Aurum Solis original e tendo como propósito conduzir seus iniciados a alcançar a Gnosis e a Regeneração

Filiação

A filiação a Ordo Astrum Sophiae é exclusivamente mediante convite. Esse convite porém pode ser espontâneo ou resultado de um pedido de consideração. Nesse contexto a Cidadela Nikotheos é um corpo não autônomo, não possuindo autonomia para realizar convites sem a autorização da Comendadoria, podendo apenas encaminhar os pedidos e dar sugestões.

Who are we?

The Nikotheos Citadel is an administrative body of the Ordo Astrum Sophiae and aims to promote the necessary conditions for the realization of the Lesser Mysteries of the Ogodoadic Tradition. These Mysteries are understood as the restoration of inner balance and the restitution of full human potential.

To this end, we work on the curriculum of the Outer Atrium of the Ordo Astrum Sophiae, in order to prepare the candidate for the practices of Theurgy and Inner Alchemy, Spiritual Exercises transmitted by the Ogdoadic Tradition.

History

The Odoadic tradition should not be understood as a tradition in the sense of a material lineage, but as the transmission of a set of symbols that refer to a gnosis centered on the Mystery of Regeneration.

Historically, we can see the Ogdoadic Tradition as the convergence of Hermetic and Gnostic influences from antiquity and Renaissance movements such as the "Fedeli d'Amore" and Marsilio Ficino's Florence Academy.

In modern times, the influences of tradition pass through the Order of Helmet and take their final form in the antiquarian movement of the 18th and 19th centuries, especially through the Societas Rotae Fulgentis.

Membership

Membership of the Ordo Astrum Sophiae is by invitation only. However, this invitation can be spontaneous or the result of a request for consideration. In this context, the Nikotheos Citadel is a non-autonomous body and does not have the autonomy to issue invitations without the authorization of the Commendatrix, but can only forward requests and make suggestions.
